Come and discover the talent of our students!

Our "Le Guéridon" dining room welcomes you most of the school year, day or evening during the week. The culinary and pastry productions are carried out by the students, under the supervision of their experienced chef-teachers.

You can benefit from a service and enjoy a meal worthy of the best tables in Quebec in a friendly atmosphere.

By your presence, you will participate in the training of these future professionals and you will help us maintain our reputation for excellence. We offer simple menus, table d'hôtes and à la carte meals. These elaborate menus are developed according to the training requirements.

The food teachers at the Paul-Rousseau Vocational Training Center are committed to the promotion of regional products and that is why they favor their use in the design of the various menus.

All meals will be billed at the cost of the dining room menu. Only VISA and direct payment are accepted.

The tips that you will be kind enough to leave to our students will be invested in educational activities.

Our special events

Culinary workshops

It is the ideal place to develop your culinary knowledge or to realize your gastronomic talent.  These advanced workshops with various themes will allow you to live an experience with seasoned chefs.  Please note that places are limited.

Fall feast

Each fall, a "banquet" menu is concocted from seasonal regional products.  Thanks to this feast, the students experience a first major event.

Gastronomic evening

During this unmissable evening, you will live a culinary experience in 8 courses with "food and wine" pairings.  This event is carried out in collaboration with different chefs from the region.

Graduation buffet

The biggest event on the calendar takes place in May of each school year.  The buffet service includes several varieties of hot, cold and side dishes in addition to a bar service available.  During this great evening, raffles are made among the people present.
